Order Processing

Each product is made to order just for you. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days after purchase. Because our products are custom printed, once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been printed and shipped.

Shipping Times

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
USA 5–10 business days after production
Canada 7–14 business days after production
International 10–20 business days after production

These are average timeframes. Delivery delays may occur during holidays, high-volume seasons, or due to carrier or customs issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type. We occasionally offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions — see banners or checkout pages for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us at info@daringfaithbrands.com with your order number.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our print partner’s facility, delivery is handled by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft after delivery is marked “delivered.”

If your package appears lost:

  1. Confirm your shipping address is correct.
  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  3. If still missing, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help file a claim or reprint if eligible.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is entered and the package returns to our print partner, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately from different print facilities to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll file a claim with our print partner and send a replacement at no cost to you.
