Refund & Return Policy — Daring Faith Brands

We want you to love every item from Daring Faith Brands. Each product in our Meaningful Name Collection is made especially for you as soon as you place your order, which means we don’t keep stock on hand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in quality, we’ll gladly make it right. 💛

Quality Issue Replacements

  1. Email us at info@daringfaithbrands.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we’ll either:
    • Send a replacement item at no cost, or
    • Issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the product’s delivery date to qualify for a replacement or refund.

What’s Not Covered

  • Customer errors such as wrong size, color, or personalization details
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order leaves our printing partners

Damaged in Transit

If your order was damaged in transit, please take photos of both the product and the packaging and email us right away. We’ll file a claim with our print partner and send you a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Because each product is custom made, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
